Professor Marcia Devlin is Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Senior Vice-President and Professor of Learning Enhancement at Victoria University. Professor Devlin is responsible for leading the major reform agenda at Victoria University. This includes an unprecedented emphasis on the quality of student learning, including through the introduction of a bold Australian-first block model of higher education. With almost $6 million in external competitive research, project and other funds, having given over 90 headline addresses in 9 countries and with over 300 publications, Professor Devlin is a nationally and internationally recognised expert in higher education. She is an elected Lifelong Fellow of the UK-based Society for Research in Higher Education and an Accreditation Specialist for the Hong Kong Council for the Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she also sits on a number of boards.
